* Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad is a fake institution functioning in contravention of the UGC Act, 1956. The Hon’able Civil Court (JD) Lucknow has granted interim stay to the Parishad and has retrained UGC from calling it as fake or treating it fake till the final decision in the matter. The UGC has initiated action to get the stay vocated. However, in compliance of the order of the Hob’ble Court the UGC has for the time being decided to exclude the name of the Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad from the list of fake institutions.
