• Development Officer

Age: 21 to 35 Years (They are sales supervisors and who recruit agencies and motivate them to generate business)
Qualification: Degree
Age: 21 to 35 years

• Insurance Surveyor and Adjusters:

Qualification: Engineering Degree
Selection Procedure: Licentiate examinations conducted by the institute of insurance surveyors and adjusters.

• Actuarial Apprentices and assistant Administrative Officers

Mode of selection: Written test and Interview
Age: 18 to 25 Years
Qualification: Graduate with Maths/Statistics (60%)
